Property rehab after 3 years

When I was first starting out in Milwaukee, I bought a 3 bedroom SFH as my 2nd Milwaukee investment. 3 years later the tenant moved out and I rehabbed it by painting the entire interior (walls, trim, and doors), adding new doorknobs and refinishing the HW floors.

I think it turned out fabulous!

Here were the HW floors after taking up the carpet but before the refinishing:

Dawn,

Nice job!  I always like removing the carpet and finding restorable hardwood floors underneath.    In our own house we did not even have to refinish as the carpet had been stretched, not glued.
