going under contract with my first commercial property. any advice
I've owned a duplex for 2 years and i had a commercial deal fall in my lap. I am going under contract next week. My question is I have a corporation from my duplex which i am selling to my girlfriend for some of the down payment and am going to put the new property into it. What kind of insurance will i need and any advice in general thanks ahead of time. 18 units and 3 store fronts
