Made $9000 in Two Months in My Latest San Antonio TX Flip

Bought the house below for $40,000. I did $1000 in repairs and clean up. $1500 in fees, $10,000 down, hard money loan for $30,000, two $350 payments. 

So, total outlay was $3200. Resold it for $53,000 to another investor. This is a good market for flips right now, if you know where to buy.
