I need assistance on the best ways to building a buyers list

Im working on building a buyers list. What other ways can i go about doing this? Ive attended a few REIA meetups and met with a few of the players. The problem is that they arent consistent and i dont like having to wait for the next REIA to find new buyers.

Im a wholesaler in the Bay Area looking for other investors interested in wholesale properties.

What other forms of networking have others used to find buyers? What questions do you ask in terms of what the buyer is interested in (type of property, # of rooms,  sq ft, etc)? Do we have any investors here interested in properties in the SF Bay Area/ Peninsula?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks
