Hey @Marcus Svehlak

You can also download the app Meetup then narrow it down to your desired location or field of interest.

Thanks @Mohit Madaan! I knew there had to be a simpler way. Thanks for your response. That helped clear things up. I'm leaning towards Vonage as well.

Hello BP community,

I need help setting up a telephone line for my VA in the Philippines. I know there are more than a handful of services that I can use with this. I guess my question is, does my VA have to use her own phone? Do they need extra equipment? What is the step by step guide on having my VA up and running with the telephone line? Thanks for you time.

Hey Patrick that sounds awesome! Good luck! I'm heading that direction as well, but we'll see how things play out.

@Tyler Haskell

Thats the exactly what i enjoy about this website and all of its users! Everyone is openminded and willing to help. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your input @Lisa Kohl! Ill continue attending the REIA's and meetups. I guess i have to work on my patience as well.

Im working on building a buyers list. What other ways can i go about doing this? Ive attended a few REIA meetups and met with a few of the players. The problem is that they arent consistent and i dont like having to wait for the next REIA to find new buyers.

Im a wholesaler in the Bay Area looking for other investors interested in wholesale properties.

What other forms of networking have others used to find buyers? What questions do you ask in terms of what the buyer is interested in (type of property, # of rooms,  sq ft, etc)? Do we have any investors here interested in properties in the SF Bay Area/ Peninsula?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hey @Anne Chiramberro! Thanks for the support. This is the first time ive ever really been active on a forum website.  Theres so much information here that its turned into a one stop shop in terms of learning.  Since you're local we just might run into eachother. Good luck on your journey and thanks again for the support!
