Purchased Third Flip
So we purchased our third flip and will be closing either end of this week or beginning of next. Purchase price is $210k and we are looking at a maximum of $50k in renovations. Hopefully we can get this completed before the end of October so we can list it a decent amount of time before the holidays. Listing price will be between $350k to $370k. I am planning on making a small blog about this flip as we get started outlining how it is coming along.
