Hi all, does anyone have any recommendations for lawyers in Bergen County NJ who deal with evictions? Also, if you don't mind sharing, what is the typical fee that lawyers charge in these situations? I don't need a lawyer at the moment but just want to make sure I have one when the time comes.
Thank you,
Marcin

Hi all, does anyone have any recommendations on a lender that does cash out refinancing on investment properties in northern New Jersey. I have one that does 70% of appraised value so I'm wondering if that is typical now or is there a chance to get a little bit more.

Hi @Ersi Bice. I am from north jersey as well and its true that properties in good towns here are expensive. What type of property are you looking for, SFH, Multi? What kind of deals are you looking for, flips, rentals, wholesaling? Do you have a town chosen in which you would like to invest in?

@William Fritsche. You should not have any issues buying an investment property even if you don't own a primary residence. Just be ready to meet the criteria of a larger down payment and higher interest rates. Otherwise I don't think a bank will care. Do you need a partner of this deal? If you can do it alone I would probably go that route.
