Good evening BP! I’ve been reading, listening and educating myself about everything real estate. What do I tell my mentor(s) that I want to see a deal first hand before I jump in myself, but want them to get something out of it as well?

Figure out what the mentor wants/needs that you can provide. Maybe they need someone to knock on doors or sweep floors or pick up materials at Home Depot. Find a way to prove valuable to them - at no cost - and they will reward you.

@Marcin Ferenc First and foremost, thank you for the reply. I am located in the Phoenix / Scottsdale, AZ market. I've been interacting with a few different investors, but I want to learn more from them and want to offer them some type of value for helping me.
