Haven't Done Any Deals?

IMHO, it should say nothing.  If you're not done any deals a web site should not be even on your radar screen.  You should focus on making deals.

Cameron if I were you I would focus on doing some deals. You can build the website as you go. Say that you are looking for deals, investors, etc. Offer to add people to your buyer's list WHEN you get deals. Keep in mind that in this industry you want to get your name out there as a closer. When people know who you are/what you do your business will grow. 


We are brand new into this and we are curious about the contract side of the situation?  Should I speak with an attorney before we draw them up.  or how did you guys set up your purchase contracts?

Any advice is tremendous!
