Hard Money Lenders in PA
Hello
Newbie here and I finally found an excellent deal on a REO in PA. I have about 20% Cash to put down, but need the remaining 80% via a Hard Money Lender
The project will only take 2 mos or so to put on the market this spring (for a nice little profit)
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to quality for traditional lending and this is my only option. Any suggestions?
