I think BP had made a lot of people a bunch of money, but not sure if BO ever has! lol
I own, control, or manage a handful of units, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE real estate and BP! BO, not so much!! :)
I'm wishing you more luck with the poll, but I think a property manager asking for who has a bunch of units might not get the most motivated people. Maybe a question to dig a little deeper..?

I wish there was a way to edit the post...
The reason why I am asking is to figure out the kind of blog posts I should make. I have a background in managing large portfolios and some of the leanings there may not translate to duplexes and 4-plex.
blogs are so 2010,in my opinion. they are for the ones who will never start anything., they just talk and think about it and have major excuses.
idk, maybe that's just me.
Fair enough. Most don't have the intestinal fortitude to quit their day job and do this full time.
