Speaking with Agent About Potential Properties
Hello. I want to know some good questions to initially ask a listing agent about investment properties I am interested in buying. Its a duplex and triplex right next to each other. Im only buying one at the moment, but I just wanted to know some great questions I can ask to get a good idea of whether either one is worth pursuing.......
