@Michael Dumler ok thanks! I was looking in to that as well. How is it compared to a Propstream? Everything on Remine is ON market, correct?

I was speaking with a Florida Real Estate agent and they told me about a feature called iMapp that they use to pull leads of any kind anywhere in the state of Florida. The feature is in their FMLS and is very helpful from what Ive been told. I was wondering was there a feature like this in Georgia or on Georgia's FMLS?

Hello there. I want to know if there are any business plan software or templates that I can use to draw up a business partnership? I basically am looking for something I can present to my partner with terms and whatnot laid out. Would it be best to reach out to Real Estate attorney (which is what I might do) Or should I just type something up after we negotiate term together. I dont want to overthink it.

I need assistance on what my options are. I currently have a significant amount of equity in my first rental property. My credit is not the best currently. What can I do to tap in to equity? I have a plan on how I will make the money work for itself paying back loan and creating cash flow. I need the cash from equity to get it moving though. Are there places that will lend with bad credit? What are my options?
