First REI has RV spot??
New, but learning. And getting closer to being ready to learn from experience.
My most intriguing one yet:
Two buildings on one lot:
3 bedroom
2 baths
But there is an RV parking spot with 30 amp outlets
I could probably charge 775 for the 2 bedroom and 585 for the single.
I don't know what the value add would be for the RV. But I feel it would make the deal a go for me if I could leverage it.
Recently remodeled. Move in ready for both houses.
