1. Here are the numbers:

ACQUISITION (for purchase price, closing costs, lender costs, escrow costs): $434k

REHAB (LABOR + MATERIALS): $102k

REHAB TIME: 10 WEEKS

HOLDING COSTS (MORTGAGE, STAGING): $16K

SALE PRICE: $660K

CLOSING FEES (Escrow, Taxes, Commissions): $58k

PROFIT: $50K

PURCHASED: MAY 2, 2017; SOLD SEPT 1, 2017
