Good morning. Can someone help me please? Can someone tell me what do i need to close on a home in both NJ and PA? Do i need an attorney and a title company or both. I'm looking to close in both states. Is it best to have one attorney for multiple states or one in each state? Thank you Bessie :)

Hey @Bessie Reyes will you be wholesaling? In Northern NJ we typically use Attorney's, in south they typically use title companies. I don't know about PA. I personally like to use an attorney on my purchases because I like having someone look over all the paperwork.
