I Need help, I just finished remodeling my 1st brrrr and now I’m at the stage of refinancing. I just rented the house and they are moving in next week but the appraisal is this week. My question is, should I change the appraisal date and wait until the house is furnished or no? Will it mame a difference? Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

@Gainet M.

Your tenant's furniture will not matter to an experienced appraiser.   Get it appraised while it is empty so as not to inconvenience your new tenants.
