Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $145,000
Sale price: $339,000

This home needed a desperate introduction to 2018. Home was very dated and severely closed off.

We opened every wall we could and finally allowed this home to breathe. Something it was crying out for.
