Question:

Should one accept a POF letter to the tune of 40M before you submit a ROI investment plan covering a 2-5 year plan?

Ezra,

You should not get involved in this deal whether it is legit or not. If it is not legit, you may end up getting screwed over due to your wanting to cash in on this unbelievable situation. If it is legit, you in no way shape or form should invest this persons money, as you are not nearly experienced enough to do so and do not even know where to start. Why don't you try to get some smaller scale things under your belt and work your way up, then you will have the experience and skill to do so.
