Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Milwaukee.

Purchase price: $22,000
Cash invested: $12,000

Former duplex converted to single family (4 bedroom, 2 bath, partially finished basement). The conversion process was completed before me and makes for an interesting story. I met the owners back in September but couldn't get the deal done then. Fast forward to January when I called again out of the blue and they were ready make a deal.
Work done: installed new flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and new doors throughout. Should rent for $1000-1200.
