Yes, we've made extensive use of private lender funds over the past 20 years!

There are certain challenges initially in cultivating relationships with prospective lenders. However, the speed and flexibility of private funds simply cannot be matched by either bank financing or hard money.

At this stage, I would never even consider going to a bank or a commercial lender to finance a deal!
