I need some thoughts on my strategy!

I am single.

Use my military VA home loan and buy a 5 bed 5 bath Single Family Home. 200-350k

Rent 4 bed 4 bath. 500-700 rent

Should I provide multiple Refridgerators? Any other appliances?
