Hello,

I am looking at a duplex. The numbers look good, but I noticed that the initial equity is negative. Would anyone be able to provide the correct explanation?

Hi @Chauncy Gray,

It looks like you left a 0 off your ARV, it is showing on the report as $13,990, I am assuming it was to be $139,900 (the same as the purchase price since no repairs were provided for in the calc).

Hope that helps!

Brian
