@Neal Collins thanks for the feedback. I've been analyzing pdx deals on the MLS based on the weekly webinars and finding the metrics don't align here. In terms of learning the market I know there's rarebird/investor lab and reaching out to investors like yourself on BP. Are there any other resources you'd recommend to get caught up?
