Where do investors go to find their deals?
Hello everyone
Where do you (or investors you know) go to find deals?
I'm a 21 year old agent trying to find an investor for a deal in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
It's on Loopnet, Zillow and the MLS so far.
Where would you post it so more potential investors could see it?
Any other group recommendations or websites are greatly appreciated!

Hi @Julian Castro, you've nailed it. IF it is a deal, the it will sell, usually on any one of these but certainly all of them should expose the property properly.
