Duplex ARV & MAO

Hi BP community , Quick question I got offered a duplex but i usually work with single families. I am thinking of wholesaling the deal to manage my risk, my big questions is: Do I find the ARV & MAO the same way in a duplex as in a single family ? Thanks! Nicolas
