@Sarah Esposito We're hearing doom and gloom in the news lately for real estate but take it in one ear and out the other. Interest rates are around 5.25% (30 yr fixed) but that doesn't mean anything. We're still in a housing shortage. Prices will cool off and $30k over asking offers will stop but it doesn't mean c r a s h. Realistically it means back to normal levels of spending. Normal level of price. Normal levels of DOM. Higher rates have already priced some newer buyers out of the market. Anyone buying property right now has $$$ and means to do so.
