Thank you for sharing @Mo Karim - that would be absolutely tragic if "they" start going after mid-term rentals, but it would not be surprising....everything has to have it's regulations.

We have both a mid-term and short-term rental in Chicago....my goal is to always just understand the rules and then adjust accordingly.  @Jason James
