Grocapitus Investments - Rails on Main - Buffalo NY

Any investors here invest with Grocapitus for the Rails on Main project in Buffalo NY?  I have been watching this project for years and it seems to be finally up and running.  

I am wondering due to all the delays if they hit their targets for investors on returns, dividends, and ARV.

We are gearing up for some development projects ourselves so any insight would be appreciated.

It’s late. Interest rate is wrecking the assumptions. No return in near future.

So... they didn't return 100% of investor Capital?  I saw a statement that its up and running and cash flowing. 

Where did you see. It’s cash flowing to who? Those statements are not true.

I saw it on a BP post, however, upon closer inspection it looks like it was for the Grid in Buffalo, not the Rails in Buffalo.
