Why The Housing Bubble Could Go Bust
https://shorturl.at/0adHX
The author lays out his argument that the housing market may be on the cusp of another major downturn. Rising rates, affordability stress, and valuations detached from fundamentals are flashing red.
I’ve been through cycles before. And every time, one truth holds. Markets shift, but opportunity never disappears. It just changes shape.
Lean into creative real estate strategies that don’t rely on endless appreciation or perfect timing. Done right, you can profit and protect yourself in any market, especially the uncertain ones.

Im not a big believer in a nationwide housing market, I think it's far more regional. During the GFC some areas of CA central valley crashed 75%, in South & East San Jose 50%....meanwhile up the peninsula some appreciated. Recently I've seen some drop close to $100k, it really depends. Its very important to know the market you operate in. I personally think there's a long slow slog ahead, much like the late 70's through the 80's.
