The Chrysler Building and Flatiron Buildings look like they will be in the hands of investors across the pond and then some.

The New York Post is reporting that Abu Dhabi is negotiating the purchase of the Chrysler building.

Time reported yesterday that an Italian investor snapped up the beautiful 106 year old Flatiron Building.

What's next, folks?

Will the Russians be buying up Wall Street and the Brazilians, the Mall of America?
