i am leaving for home in the morning at about 10am. I'd like to come back and get some property here in Missoula. Can you fill me in on average rents, vacencys, reliable management companies that go above and beyond and that sort of thing?

I'm very interested in the South Western area of Montana. I'm moving to the Dillon, MT area and want to start flipping in the area. I'll be willing to reach out to Bozeman, Butte, Helena and Missoula. Does anyone have any thoughts and tips for me?
