Current market trend data
Hello All,
Hopefully this is the right place for this. I am looking for the latest data with home prices in my area, basically the data shown in the Federal Reserve Economic Data website (all transactions house price index). The problem is it only goes to October 2015. Is there anyway to get this info with the most recent data?
Your local MLS will have your local data. It's possible for an agent to download it into a .csv file so you can put it in excel. I do it all the time.
