Interested in Eastvale CA has anyone purchased a home there recently and how fair are the home prices? Feel it’s a bit inflated but not familiar with the neighborhood. Any thoughts and advice would be helpful.

Thanks

In my opinion yes, everything is pretty much mid 2000s build 2000+ sqft and priced $550k ish and up if you are looking for value Eastvale isn't the place in my opinion.  Also values tend to be a bit more nebulous there for some reason, one house will sell for $650k and another of a similar size in a similar area will be $575k for no apparent reason.
