Are you buying now or waiting to see what happens post-COVID?

COVID-19 has certainly impacted the real estate market this year and many are predicting it will affect 2021 as well. But sometimes the smartest real estate investing strategy during a time like this is to find properties that cash flow today and also have a good chance for long-term appreciation! What are your thoughts on buying now versus waiting to see what the market does?

If you find a good property that meets your investing criteria, keep investing. Everyone that has been sitting on the sidelines waiting to see "what the market does" for the last 5 years has continued to watch prices increase all around the country. As long as you have extra reserves given the volatile nature of the world right now, I would continue to invest.
