Current Excellent Tenants that I'm recommending for Sacramento, CA area rental

Hello. I'm a property manager/landlord in Greenville, South Carolina and have current tenants who are seeking to move to the Sacramento CA area. They are excellent tenants who have taken care of my property very well and have paid rent on time every month since August 2022. Hoping to connect with a landlord or property manager who, like myself, answers emails and runs the business themselves. This family of three finds that they never hear back from the larger rental agencies even after paying for an application.
