How to screen for tenants destructive behavior?
Just because a tenant hasn't done anything bad in the past, doesn't automatically mean that they won't in the future. With layoffs dramatically increasing, behavior is also changing rapidly where tenants out of desperation may damage property or commit other harmful acts which begs the question of how to screen tenants for destructive behavior?
