Anybody doing Airbnb in Indianapolis, or ( rentals arbitrage , currently having a hard time finding property owner to pitch them to the ( Rentals arbitrage) thank you in advanced.. I can help anyone doing it by cleaning rooms or any other way , just want to learn more about the game

I would check out Casual Nomad. They are a local company here that started out doing rental arbitrage and have scaled immensely.
