I am thinking to hand write recipient addresses on my next direct mail campain, to see if I get better response. What do you guys think about keeping return address printed on the envelope? Or its best to handwrite both?

I have sent millions and can say that the return serves better on the back without a first or last name and without a company name. Never a PO box address.

A return Label with seasonal art works great as it solves two issues. Sealing the envelope and allows for the return.

If using first class stamps a return isn't required, standard it is.

Here is an example.
