how to advertise to real estate investor on craigslist?

I have a couple of activity going on with being new with real estate investing.

I want to create a buyer list becuase I'm getting into wholesale in MN.

Provide home staging and would consider doing wholesale price for people that already use my service more than once.

I'm also a marketing person for a local real estate investor that want to create a meet up group that relate to her book "Real Estate Investing Works"

how would i use these information to create a craigslist that would hit these key point or should i create three different kind?
