Hey @Randy Putman ,

This is absolutely the wrong place for you to be airing your laundry or flaming anyone. You're brand new (looks like this is your first post) so while I welcome you to BP, I heartilly recommend you familiarize yourself with the forum culture and rules.

The truth is Michael Quarles has contributed his weights worth in solid gold to this community. He has helped newbies get started and given advanced lessons to older hands. Full disclosure, MQ is a competitor of mine....who taught me most of what I know.

The OP's question had to do with direct mail tips. If you have a bone to pick with MQ, pick it with him. The rest of us aren't really interested.
