Speaking to absentee owners????
Recently I sent out my first 100 mailers, 20 of which went to absentee owners. I received two calls from landlords and I let both go to voicemail. I know what I need to get but it would be better if I knew in what way to ask these people. I am going to call them tomorrow during the day so I appreciate any tips you could give me!
