@Rafael Floresta you are correct about that. Around the LAC area you'll find taxes that are low. Logan is a great place prices are going up there right now though

I ended up not coming to an agreement so I never purchased the property. I will have to go back there I did take some time away from there. I believe we did meet there one time if I am not mistaken @Rafael Floresta

@Jordan Thibodeau  Sorry. SDRL has a lot of potential even though they just got rid of their dividend.  The oil drilling industry typically increased before crude in general so I see them as a long term play or someone else in the oil drilling industry

I've listened to all the podcasts, read books, blogs, forum posts, I go to local REIA's. I also watched an interview with Aaron Mazzrilo and he talked about actual seminars where it was not an upsell and really learned a lot and was able to meet with people. Does anyone know of any around the Philadelphia area or even on the east coast?

I read on the hotels website, unless I read it wrong, its $36 to park, figured I would give everyone a heads up. Correct me if I am wrong.
