Hello BiggerPocket Family,

The subject title says it all but I am pretty sure there is going to be mixed reviews in regards to it. But I am just curious to find out where are investors and wholesaler generating most of there deals from. I personally have been receiving numerous leads through Absentee but haven't been able to convert them into deals. How about you guys and gal?
