Need Investing Deals Thrown My Way (wholesale,fix/flip,fix/hold)

I'm a realtor living in the East Downtown Houston area looking to help my brother invest in residential properties. We looking to buy low, fix (if needed) and sell at a reasonable price or even hold if needed. Whether is someone in default, going through a divorce, anyone who needs to get rid of their property we like to help them and buy that property from them. I just moved here so looking to build a relationship with good loyal people who will like to make some money and at the same time enjoy doing it.
