Google sheets. Run everything, short of those things with SSNs/etc in it, in Google Sheets.

Docusign. Instead of "here print this 100 pages, sign it, and scan it back to me," it's a cell phone app.

Freddie Mac's Rate Survey. (link) Transparency is a good thing. Holds me accountable, allows me to hold end-lenders accountable to boot.

Floify. I have it set up so that it makes getting a mortgage feel like a video game - Not quite "Achievement unlocked! Headshot" and "Congratulations! You've leveled up!", but my setup was definitely inspired by positive encouragement and a sense of clearly defined progress that makes some video games addictive.

Rehab Right: How to Rehabilitate your Oakland House Without Sacrificing Architectural Assets, (link) published by the City of Oakland Planning Department in 1978. Most Real Estate in the East Bay is pre-1978.
