Dipping into the Bigger Pockets World
I have just starting dipping my feet into the Bigger Pockets world (I know, where have I been?).
I am a real estate agent/ investor located in the Philadelphia marketplace. Right now I am mostly interested in learning and discussing the marketing and prospecting piece of finding new deals. Can someone point me to the correct forum to learn some awesome marketing techniques to find motivated sellers?
