How can I get around the stigma of "buying ugly houses"

Hi everyone, I'm wanting some help on how to best convey this to friends and family. I want to let them know about my real estate investing so they can keep their ears open for me but I don't know how to explain to them the type of property I'm looking for. I'm afraid they'll think I'm trying to take advantage of people when they're down, rather than create a win-win situation which is what we do. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Dina Miller, one of the best ways to explain what you are looking for to people is saying "im looking for houses/ properties i can add value to" or help sellers that require fast sell.

That's pretty much sums it up.
