Hi everyone, is anyone using an automated follow up app/service?  I know InvestorFuse had one built into the podio service, but I haven't been able to find a stand alone one to use outside of that.  What are you all using currently to set automated follow up sequences for leads?  Thanks.

@Patrick Alcoke Virtual Assistants. Have someone take care of all inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, cold calling, and anything else that requires phone work. On top of this you can have your virtual assistants doing marketing, running, comps, generating leads, and building buyers lists for your business. We have a created a business that provides investors real estate trained virtual assistants using different systems such as Podio, Reale Flow, and Investor Fuse to automate their businesses and being able to spend more time in the field talking to buyers and sellers. If this is something you are interested in learning more about, I would be happy to discuss this with you and see how we can help you get started.

I'm looking to 10x my lead generation and automation.

How has InvestorFuse worked for you?  Anyone using Podio w/ VAs and InvestorFuse versus other options out there.

I've been working with podio for a couple weeks and don't have any organization.  I've got several VAs working on it too that I'm juggling and just throwing money at.  I'm having issues with VAs capabilities, training etc...with the lead generation (ie getting crappy leads and not having the  capabiility or experience to easily pre-screen low quality leads)  basically it's taking a lot of time to explain the system.  Any suggestions for just buying good leads?

I've literally been working on this for 8 hours a day almost dealing with 4 newbie/ VAs on Upwork

Check out ccmyadmin.com they have been a great company for many people on bigger pockets. All US based assistants paid by the hour. Definitely recommend them!

I have just started using Investor Fuse and I love it even though I have a lot to learn on it. Also realize that most automations and settings are done for you at the start but the system is only about 80% ready to go and requires some time involvement on your part, but believe me it's not near the requirement needed learning globiflow and all the other systems it would take to learn to build your own Podio out and even then it takes fine tuning. I have used Podio in the past but our automations were non existent. Just one of the automations Investor fuse has saved me at least 10 hours a week of looking through and categorizing leads to follow up on that were overdue. I have a VA training now to do lead qualifiers.

@Will F.

"I've got several VAs working on it too that I'm juggling and just throwing money at. I'm having issues with VAs capabilities, training etc"

What company were you using?  Did you determine where the problem was?  How were the VAs being utilized?  Thanks in advance.  I am trying to determine if VAs are the way to go for cold calling and what issues others have come across.
