Books about Direct Mail (preferably recent)
Does anybody have any book (or podcast/blog) recommendations that mainly focus on all aspects of direct mail? I'd be looking for something hopefully recent (within the last 2-3 years) that would include recommendations on tools and resources (such as list building sites/services) as well as different strategies: driving for dollars, pre-foreclosures, probate, etc.

Matt Theriault touches on all of these topics quite extensively throughout his podcasts.
Great thread. We have purchased and sold more than 15,000 properties since 1999 using direct mail offers. PM me if you need help. We have made just about every mistake possible and have long since worked it out properly. For every 2500 offers sent to SFRs we wholesale a house. For every 200 sent to land owners we pick one up there. Happy to help.
